3.Title: “ Leaving My Post as Japanese Ambassador to Malaysia: Outlook & Retrospect of Japanese Diplomacy”

4.Venue: The Hotel Okura Tokyo

Preventative measures such as body temperature check, hand disinfection, wearing masks/face coverings (except when eating/drinking), spaced seating etc. were taken on the day of the event in order to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and to avoid the “3 C’s”.
