Micronesia Photo Exhibition ~“Tropical Light” -- Photographs by Floyd K. Takeuchi~

APIC is to hold a Photo Exhibition on Micronesia at Sophia University. This exhibition is intended to present an introduction to the Federated States of Micronesia, whose relationship with Japan is historically very close. The purpose of this photo presentation is also to foster cooperation and understanding between nations, and to promote the country’s tourism industry. APIC also hopes to introduce one of our key projects, the "Xavier High School International Students Scholarship", and to garner further support toward this significant scholarship project.

Also, a lecture will be given by the photographer Mr. Floyd K. Takeuchi inBuilding No. 2 on the Yotsuya Campus, Sophia University. Mr. Takeuchi will discuss his career as a photographer and the hidden stories behind his photographs.
