The Reception Party Held for the Caribbean Leadership Program

On April 21st, towards the end of the Caribbean Leadership Program, a reception party organized by APIC was held at the Tokyo Club. Each leader from Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Barbados, and Caribbean Community enjoyed their conversation with attendees from the Japanese government, corporations and other groups.

The Reception Party Held for the Caribbean Leadership Program

The reception party was joined by many representatives from Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan, the Japan International Cooperation Agency, Sophia University, and various corporations. The reception began with opening remarks by the president of APIC, Mr.Peter Sato. People started their communication following a toast by Mr.Sugiyama of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

At the end of the reception, each speaker expressed their thoughts on their visit. They stated that their trip was very informative and expressed attitude to APIC. APIC will continue to strive to strengthen ties between Japan and Caribbean countries.
