A Dinner in Honor of Mr. Mitsuhiko Sakamoto

A Dinner in Honor of Mr. Mitsuhiko Sakamoto

On 8 July, the Association for Promotion of International Cooperation (APIC) held a dinner in honor of Mr. Mitsuhiko Sakamoto, together with Sophia University at the Tokyo Club. We have received many support from Mr. Sakamoto, advisor of the Yukigaya Chemical Industry Co., Ltd., for the “Xavier High School International Students Scholarship” (donation of 70,000,000 yen as the “Scholarship Fund of Sophia University and Yukigaya”). APIC implements this scholarship together with Sophia University. We held this dinner party to express our gratitude.

We invited representatives of companies and organizations that have been deeply involved in the scholarship. First, Mr. Yoshiyasu Sato, the President of APIC, introduced and gave thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Sakamoto. Then, there was a toast given by Mr. Toshiaki Koso, the Chancellor of Sophia School Corporation. During the dinner, Mr. and Mrs. Sakamoto enjoyed chats with the people who attended.
